You need to make sure you look the part.

You need to make sure you give a good first impression.

And you need to make sure that nobody finds the body you’re hiding in the manager’s office…

After accidentally ‘incapacitating’ the floor manager (the only other member of the Front of House team on shift that day), a new starter is forced to complete their trial, whilst covering their crime and juggling the chaotic world of hospitality.

Will the restaurant burn to the ground? Will the newbie get the job he so desperately needs? Will that table in the corner ever get served?
