Dead Time Stories

A darkly comic horror anthology play, and homage to The Twilight Zone, Inside No. 9 and Tales of the Unexpected. A mysterious unnamed host, together with her silent but ever-watchful skull companion, John, invites you to a night of unsettling storytelling, organised as always, by the powers that be.

As narrator and performer, the host will open her storybook and guide you through a series of terrifying tales designed to entertain and unnerve. Using minimal props and set she will morph into three distinct female characters, each with her own macabre story to tell. These monologues will explore different horror genres and archetypes of womanhood, delving into the shadows that dwell in the everyday.

Whether you’re seeking spine-tingling chills or sharp wit, prepare to be engaged and unsettled, for every tale twists and turns into the unexpected. We shall be quite delighted to see you there…
