For those few minutes on stage, there is always an intimate and personal interaction between the audience and character. Whereas, the duologue has the power to reflect our personal encounters in life, revealing the interaction and emotion we share between one another every day. Whether sharing a joke or moment of emotional intensity, the best monologues and duologues always tell a story. Brief Encounters introduces an exciting mix of talented actors and directors offering a variety of classic and modern monologues and duologues. Monday 29 MarchBare Bones Night7pm and 8.30pm 4 plays, 1 table and some chairs. Just the Bare Bones. Bare Bones Nights provides a platform for exciting young directors and writers to develop new work on a London stage. Partnerships are formed and over 2 months or so a seed of an idea is transformed into a 15 minute performance with 4 plays in total on the night. Directors include Ned Glasier, Mel Hillyard and Juliane Von Sivers. “Real gems, uncut and priceless. Forget the West End - it's all about the Bare Bones. Bravo." Remote Goat.
