BLACKSHAW’S SHOWCASE AWARD WINNER 2017

AN INDUSTRY SHOWCASE PRODUCED BY BLACKSHAW THEATRE COMPANY

“I CAN SEE. THERE IS THE MOON. BESIDES I’M NOT EXACTLY GOING ANYWHERE WHILST I’M TRANSITIONING, AM I?”

Lepidopterist, Dave, tries to cope with his recent breakup by transforming into a Moth. His sister, Amber, must put aside her own feelings in order to coax him from his cocoon. However, Dave and Amber will discover that not everything is as simple as Moth and Man, when a series of hidden betrayals emerge, forcing them to confront what is really happening behind the makeshift wings and all the maple syrup.
